This demonstrator now updates proficiency sequentially: perform the task, retain only part of accumulated experience during the gap, then add the next repetition. A zero-day gap reproduces the classical unit learning curve exactly; nonzero gaps create repeated decay and relearning, so equal repetition counts can end at different performance levels. The exponential retention parameter is illustrative and must be calibrated from observed task/operator data before operational use.
